Job Description:The individual is responsible for the following duties: task delegation and progress monitoring; facilitating regular project review meetings; ensuring adherence to quality standards through output review; cross-functional team coordination; providing mentorship and communication support to team members; conducting onboarding and continuous performance feedback; proactively resolving team challenges and fostering motivation; implementing Agile methodologies for project tracking; submitting regular performance and progress reports to the Head of Department; developing and implementing effective instructional strategies incorporating scientific principles and modern technologies to optimize learner engagement and outcomes; analyzing learner performance data to inform recommendations for improving educational materials and achieving desired learning objectives; monitoring advancements in educational technologies, such as virtual reality and artificial intelligence, and proposing their application to enhance current and future projects; and ensuring strict adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field + ITI certification is must or Bachelor’s degree in education technology.
- Certificate E-learning Authoring Tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is preferred
- Educational Diploma specializing in Curriculum & Instruction or Educational Technology is preferred.
- +1 years of experience as a team leader Instructional Designer
- +6 years of experience as Instructional Designer is a must
- English Proficiency; Very Good (Read, Written and Spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of Adobe design programs
- Deep understanding of instructional design models such as ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and SAM.
- Gamification and game-based learning knowledge
- Proficiency in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and others.
