Job Description:Assume responsibility for the design and oversight of infrastructural systems, encompassing roadways, potable water distribution, sanitary sewer systems, stormwater management, and essential utilities; develop comprehensive technical documentation, including reports, design computations, detailed drawings, and precise specifications; liaise with external consultants, contractors, and pertinent regulatory agencies to guarantee strict adherence to applicable codes and standards; perform regular site inspections to proactively address and rectify engineering challenges arising during the construction phase; meticulously monitor project advancement to ensure timely and fiscally responsible completion within defined parameters; thoroughly review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and final as-built records; collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams comprising architects, structural engineers, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineers; and ensure that all infrastructural projects are executed in full compliance with established safety, quality, and environmental protection protocols.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3–6 years of proven experience in infrastructure design and construction.
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards, regulations, and software (e.g., Civil 3D, AutoCAD, StormCAD, WaterCAD).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Knowledge of local authority submission procedures is a plus.
