Job Description:**Responsibilities:**
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elicit and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with Infor ERP system capabilities. Design, configure, and customize Infor ERP modules to meet organizational needs, providing both technical and functional expertise. Develop and implement integration solutions between Infor ERP and other enterprise systems, facilitating seamless data flow and process automation. Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of the Infor ERP system and resolve operational issues. Conduct periodic system audits and assessments to identify optimization opportunities and enhance the performance and functionality of the Infor ERP system.
Skills:
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Infor ERP solutions, with a strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or similar, and experience with ERP software customization and integration.
Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and translate them into effective ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
