Influencer Account Manager

Market Research, Reporting & Presentations

• Researching influencers from various categories in MENA region from all social channels with focus on Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram
• Analysis of the market of influencers to identify local & international opportunities with new clients / markets / influencers with a focus of growing the business of influencers managed by us
• Preparation & Finalization of Presentations, Reports and Plans for current & new clients in alignment with the team and following our brand guidelines
• Contributing to some research or Training coordination for our influencer development program

Relationship Building & Account Management with Influencers 

• Contacting potential influencers fitting our criteria to establish long term relationships through calls and meetings for multiple collaboration options including Fixed Campaigns – Commission Based Campaigns – Influencer Management
• Increasing the value of current influencers while attracting new ones.
• Negotiating budgets and tracking payment issues
• Engagement of influencers with broadcast messages and customized ones and tracking commitment & posting schedules and content ideas
• Share agreed reports with influencers about their performance and collect their insights based on client needs 

Relationship Building & Account Management with clients & partners

• Initial/cold calling potential clients from various industries, validate initial needs and set meetings or orientation calls for influencer related services
• Solve client issues and inquiries – Present solutions and plans to clients upon need
• Assure clear and effective communication with clients and technical teams and manage mutual expectations and timelines
• Upselling Influencer Services to assigned clients
