Job Description:**Option:**
Oversee the analysis and optimization of production processes to enhance efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce costs; develop and implement lean manufacturing methodologies and process standardization protocols; conduct time and motion studies to improve workflow and productivity; monitor and improve factory layout, material flow, and workstation ergonomics; collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve operational performance; develop and implement cost-reduction strategies while maintaining quality standards; ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements; provide staff training on best practices and process improvement initiatives; utilize data analysis and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators; and support new product development and production feasibility studies.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in industrial engineering within a textile manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
- Experience with time studies, work measurement techniques, and process flow analysis.
- Proficiency in industrial engineering software such as AutoCAD, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
- Understanding of fabric processing, garment manufacturing, and textile machinery.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
