Job Description:Execute sales order processing, serving as the primary client liaison, collaborating with internal teams to optimize fulfillment, maintaining essential records, preparing sales documentation, monitoring order progress, supporting sales targets, managing administrative duties, analyzing sales data, and contributing to strategic development.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
