Job Description:**Senior Manager – Immigration & Mobility (Dubai)**
Vialto Partners, a leading global Immigration & Mobility firm, seeks a highly motivated Senior Manager to join our expanding practice in Dubai, contributing to our growth in the Middle East. This role requires a strategic and commercially astute leader with a demonstrable history of success in business development, client relationship management, and team leadership within the immigration and mobility sector.
**Responsibilities:**
* Spearhead business development initiatives, encompassing the identification, pursuit, and acquisition of new opportunities with both global and regional accounts.
* Manage key client accounts, ensuring seamless day-to-day delivery while strategically expanding and retaining client relationships.
* Design innovative and scalable delivery models for new engagements, ensuring long-term value for clients.
* Serve as a brand ambassador through thought leadership activities, including seminars, webinars, roundtables, and industry events.
* Advise clients on complex regional immigration matters, such as new entity setups, mergers & acquisitions, workforce planning, and organizational health checks.
* Collaborate with Immigration and Mobility experts to develop and deliver integrated solutions.
* Oversee key projects, ensuring successful client transitions and onboarding of new engagements.
* Mentor junior professionals, fostering their career development and contributing to future leadership within the team.
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in immigration, mobility, or a related field.
* Proven track record in business development, including originating opportunities, securing new client mandates, and managing accounts at a senior level.
* Extensive experience in client account management and day-to-day service delivery, particularly for key or complex accounts.
* Demonstrated global and regional exposure; Middle East experience strongly preferred; practical knowledge of immigration processes in at least one GCC country is advantageous.
* Experience in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
* Established industry network and the ability to influence stakeholders and cultivate commercial opportunities.
* Exceptional communication, relationship management, and analytical skills, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset.
