**As part of the strategic growth initiatives within the low voltage assemblies business, targeting high-growth sectors such as commercial & industrial, data centers, and heavy industry, Eaton seeks to recruit a qualified IEC Panel Partner Operations Engineer. This individual will contribute to the expansion of the panel builder program through collaboration with experienced partners.**

**The IEC Panel Partner Operations Engineer will provide support for the Middle East and Africa region, conducting on-site audits and delivering technical application support for Eaton’s xEnergy LV switchgear and components. Responsibilities include managing front-end system quality claims, serving as a subject matter expert for low voltage systems to customers, panel builders, and sales teams, and supporting the standardization of assembly and manufacturing processes at partner facilities.**

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Conduct annual audits of partner facilities.**
* **Provide technical guidance on LV application systems.**
* **Conduct site visits to panel builders to assess quality, adherence to assembly standards, user documentation, and tooling. Implement and monitor necessary adaptations and improvements.**
* **Provide training and guidance to partners on standard and quality processes.**
* **Conduct on-site evaluations and invest in root cause analysis, implement replacement scenarios involving relevant stakeholders.**
* **Support the implementation of manufacturing drawings for external partners.**

**Qualifications:**

* **Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.**
* **Minimum of five years of experience in product line or technical assembly roles.**

**Skills:**

* **Comprehensive knowledge of IEC LV assembly products and applications.**
* **Proven ability to cultivate collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.**
* **Proficiency in written and spoken English.**
* **Demonstrated intercultural awareness.**
* **Effective communication and presentation skills.**
