Job Description
- Minimum 3 years in ICU or PICU department with large hospitals preferably JCI or QCI Accredited
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s in nursing
- Preferable: M.Sc. in Critical Care Nursing
- Must be certified in ACLS for ICU & PALS for PICU
- Nurses with prior Middle east/ UAE experience preferred.
- Languages- English must. Arabic is an added advantage
- Following established protocols to keep all patients’ health reports ready for accurate medical evaluation.
- Strict adherence to established standards for augmenting patient safety, hygiene, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Deliver timely doses of relevant injections, medications, or drugs to patients with utmost care and accuracy.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all records.
- Keep constant track of patients’ vitals for preparing accurate and timely health records.
- Team up with designated staff members and assigned doctors to work on necessary treatment diligently.
Skills
- Prior experience working as a nurse with a recognized hospital or medical facility.
- Minimum graduate-level degree holder in nursing from an accredited and esteemed educational institute.
- Remarkable interpersonal skills with good command of effective communication for improving the services and patient experience.
- Ability to multi task, assess, organize, and work under pressure.
- Caring and compassionate nature.
- Proficient in working with a diversified team to improve the service for patients.
