Jumeirah is synonymous with Arabian luxury hospitality and the ability to craft distinctive, purposeful experiences for the world’s most discerning travellers.About The JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join the Engineering team at Jumeirah The Red Sea.The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role Include Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split units, exhaust fans, walk-in coolers, and freezers. Strong knowledge of chillers, VRV/VRF systems, refrigeration cycles, and control systems. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per the established schedule and manufacturer guidelines. Maintain proper and safe condition of all Plant, Plant Rooms, Equipment, and Work areas. Comply with JEMS and all Fire, Life, Health, and Safety Standards. Maintain and service heating, cooling, and air-handling units to ensure proper climate control in guest rooms and public areas. Monitor and adjust system parameters to optimize performance and energy efficiency About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Hold a Technical Diploma / ITI in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering. Have at least a grade 10 level in education with a good moral background in his educational attainment. Possess software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate). Exhibit strong problem-solving skills. Have 1+ years of experience in the technical department.
