Job Description
Our company is looking for an experienced HVAC Control Technician to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an HVAC Control Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC control systems in commercial and residential buildings. You will work closely with our clients and other team members to ensure that our HVAC systems are operating efficiently and meeting the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC control systems, including thermostats, sensors, and controllers
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC control systems to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC control systems and make necessary repairs
- Collaborate with clients and other team members to design and implement new HVAC control systems
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and other team members on HVAC control systems
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on HVAC control systems
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in HVAC control technology and attend training sessions as needed
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Control Technician
- Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems and their components
- Experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC control systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC control systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Skills
- Proficiency in using HVAC control system software
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC control system blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to work with electrical components
- Familiarity with different types of HVAC control systems, such as direct digital control (DDC) and building automation systems (BAS)
- Strong understanding of energy efficiency and sustainability principles in HVAC control systems
