Job Description
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various HVAC systems, including but not limited to split systems, rooftop units, and package units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Install new HVAC units and components according to specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to coordinate HVAC installations and repairs as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing HVAC-related tasks.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including service reports and equipment logs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in HVAC technology.
Skills
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a focus on Package Units.
- Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC systems, including split systems, rooftop units, and package units.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC issues.
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles, components, and systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification or relevant training in HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
