Job Description:**Subject: Human Resources Supervisor Position at Merqah Foundation**

Merqah Foundation is seeking a highly qualified and strategic Human Resources Supervisor to lead and enhance its Human Resources operations. This position requires an individual capable of cultivating a high-performing work environment, ensuring adherence to HR regulations, and contributing to the organization’s overarching strategic objectives and employee engagement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee and administer core HR functions, encompassing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
* Formulate, implement, and uphold HR policies, procedures, and operational standards.
* Advise management personnel on employee performance enhancement, professional development, and conflict resolution strategies.
* Analyze HR data and relevant metrics to facilitate data-driven decision-making processes.
* Provide mentorship and support to the HR team to optimize operational efficiency and accountability.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to synchronize HR strategies with the broader organizational vision and goals.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold professional standards in handling sensitive and confidential matters.

Skills:

 Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role.

At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.

Previous experience in the nonprofit or charitable sector is a plus.

 Technical Skills:

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) or Microsoft Office.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance standards.

Experience using HR systems and software.

 Core Competencies:

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
