Formulate and execute comprehensive human resource strategies and initiatives that are strategically aligned with the overarching business objectives, while concurrently serving as a liaison between management and employees by addressing inquiries, resolving grievances, and mitigating potential conflicts. Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process to attract and secure top talent. Furthermore, support the organization’s current and future operational requirements through the strategic development, engagement, motivation, and retention of its human capital assets. Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of comprehensive human resource strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across all organizational units. Cultivate a positive and productive work environment conducive to employee well-being and professional growth. Supervise and administer a performance appraisal system designed to foster and reward high performance. Maintain a competitive compensation and benefits program to attract and retain qualified personnel. Evaluate training needs, and implement and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Generate reports for senior management and provide data-driven decision support through key human resource metrics. Ensure full compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements related to human resource management practices.
