Job Description:
Job Purpose:
To support the development and implementation of effective human resources strategies related to organizational structure, performance management, and recruitment in a medical environment. The role ensures that the institution is staffed with qualified personnel and maintains a clear, efficient, and compliant organizational framework.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organizational Structure:
Develop, maintain, and update the organizational structure of the medical institution in coordination with department heads.
Ensure alignment of the organizational chart with business needs and operational changes.
Monitor and implement job grading, job descriptions, and reporting lines.
Support restructuring initiatives and change management processes.
2. Performance Evaluations:
Coordinate and oversee the employee performance appraisal process across departments.
Assist in setting performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to medical and non-medical staff.
Ensure timely completion of evaluations and provide guidance to supervisors and department heads.
Analyze evaluation outcomes to support promotions, training, or improvement plans.
3. Recruitment & Selection:
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for medical and administrative positions, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with labor laws and medical licensing requirements.
Maintain a database of potential candidates and coordinate with recruitment agencies if needed.
4. Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure HR practices comply with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
Prepare HR reports related to organizational structure, staffing, and performance metrics.
Participate in audits and ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical sector.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, licensing, and medical job roles is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of HR systems, organizational design, and performance management tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
