Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.Uses critical thinking skills to analyze HR metrics and data from various sources and identify patterns related to employee engagement, turnover, and compliance.Utilize various sources to gather and compile HR data such as HRIS, payroll, surveys, exit interviews, and employment records, among others.Identifies achievable short- and long-term goals and benchmarks for key performance metrics through rigorous data analysis and presents proposals to executive leadership.
