* Execute the monthly payroll process, encompassing deductions, bonuses, and benefits administration, while guaranteeing timely salary disbursement.
* Analyze and administer employee deductions, incentives, and allowances in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
* Manage employee social insurance records, ensuring full compliance with applicable local social insurance laws and regulations.
* Maintain the accuracy of employee records by continuously updating employee information within the HRIS system.
* Coordinate the processing of tax deductions and social insurance contributions in accordance with local regulatory frameworks.
* Provide comprehensive support to employees regarding payroll, deductions, and social insurance-related inquiries.
* Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operational workflows pertaining to payroll, attendance, and social insurance matters.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related discipline is required.
* A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Human Resources or a comparable role is necessary.
* Demonstrated proficiency in time management systems and attendance tracking methodologies is essential.
* Comprehensive experience in payroll processing, deductions administration, and social insurance management is required.
* Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are paramount.
* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting is critical.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems is mandatory.
