Job Description:**Responsibilities:**

The incumbent will be responsible for the following: managing the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process; serving as a primary point of contact for employee relations, issue resolution, and promotion of a positive work environment; administering employee benefits programs; ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations; maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS system; managing the full-cycle payroll process, including accurate wage calculation, timely disbursement, and compliance with tax regulations; assisting in the development and implementation of performance management processes; coordinating and facilitating employee training and development initiatives; and participating in HR projects related to policy updates, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2:4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, payroll, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
