About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, mediator, and advocate for employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Master Recruitment & Onboarding: Spearhead the end-to-end recruitment process, attracting top talent and delivering an exceptional onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success.
  • Ensure HR Policy Administration: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and fairness across the organization.
  • Drive Performance Management: Facilitate performance review cycles, providing guidance and support to managers and employees to foster continuous growth and development.
  • Administer Benefits: Manage and communicate employee benefits programs, ensuring understanding and utilization.
  • Manage HRIS Systems: Leverage HRIS for accurate data management, reporting, and process optimization.
  • Support Talent Development: Identify training needs and support initiatives that enhance employee skills and career trajectories.
  • Uphold Compliance: Ensure all HR practices adhere to local labor laws and regulations.
