Job Description:**Option:**

Logistics and Shipping Company in Ameria, Alexandria, is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of HR Generalist. The incumbent will be responsible for the comprehensive implementation of all human resources functions, encompassing recruitment, personnel administration, payroll management, training initiatives, performance evaluation processes, and ensuring strict adherence to company policies and relevant labor legislation. This role serves as a critical point of communication between management and employees, fostering a constructive and efficient work environment.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

* Acting as a liaison with governmental entities, including the Social Insurance Office, the Labor Office, and the Government Health Insurance provider.
* Preparing and submitting reports mandated by the Labor Office (e.g., emergency fund contributions, employment tax remittances).
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal data and employment history.
* Overseeing the administration of employment contracts, including renewals and terminations, in compliance with legal requirements.
* Managing employee enrollment and claims processing for both social insurance and private health insurance programs.
* Collecting, verifying, and processing employee attendance records, leave requests, and vacation schedules; documenting monthly performance metrics.
* Administering internal regulations pertaining to employee compensation, including bonuses and deductions.
* Collaborating with department managers to identify and assess employee training and development needs.
* Developing, organizing, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
* Participating in the implementation and administration of the company’s performance appraisal system.
* Compiling and analyzing performance data, and presenting findings to management.
* Addressing employee grievances and facilitating the resolution of workplace conflicts.
* Promoting a positive and motivating organizational culture.
* Preparing periodic HR reports for management review.
* Analyzing absenteeism trends, employee turnover rates, and forecasting future workforce requirements.

Skills:

– Preferably residing in Ameria, Alexandria, or surrounding areas.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR.
Good knowledge of labor laws and social insurance.
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
A diploma in Human Resources is preferred.
