**Job Purpose:**
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading the organization’s human capital strategy, encompassing talent acquisition, development, workforce planning, diversity, inclusion, and organizational culture. This role is critical in supporting the organization’s commitment to developing Saudi professional talent while simultaneously attracting a diverse, international workforce, aligned with the organization’s mission to represent world cultures through pluralism and a contemporary vision of universalism. The Director will play a pivotal role in cultivating a high-performance, inclusive work environment where staff are empowered, respected, and supported in their professional growth. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in complex organizational settings and demonstrate a deep commitment to intercultural fluency, fairness, and professional excellence to ensure the retention of top talent in service of the organization’s mission.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
* **Strategy and Planning:** Develop and implement human capital strategies aligned with the organization’s strategic vision. Conduct comprehensive workforce analyses to inform talent planning and succession management initiatives.
* **Budget Management:** Develop, manage, and monitor the Human Resources budget in collaboration with the Finance Department. Ensure the effective and efficient allocation of resources related to human capital operations.
* **Policies, Processes, and Procedures:** Establish and maintain policies and procedures that promote equity, inclusion, and compliance with all relevant regulations. Ensure the alignment of talent management practices with organizational goals and objectives.
* **Functional Accountabilities:**
* Lead the development and continuous improvement of human capital strategies that align with the organization’s long-term vision and goals.
* Ensure the conduction of comprehensive workforce analyses to identify skills gaps, succession planning needs, and areas for improvement in talent management practices.
* Oversee the design and implementation of innovative training and development programs that promote continuous learning and professional growth for employees at all levels.
* Foster a culture of inclusivity by developing and executing initiatives aimed at improving diversity in recruitment, retention, and career advancement opportunities.
* Collaborate with department heads to create and refine job descriptions and competency frameworks that accurately represent the skills and behaviors necessary for success in each role.
* Oversee the accurate measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of human capital intervention programs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for strategic adjustments.
* To partner with external organizations, educational institutions, and community resources to bolster recruitment strategies and workforce development initiatives.
* Define the criteria for evaluating the performance of the individual members of the organization.
* Assist the foreign employees in their official procedures while in KSA.
* **Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate with organizational leadership to drive cultural transformation initiatives. Build and maintain partnerships with external organizations to facilitate talent sourcing and development opportunities.
* **People Management:** Uphold the organization’s values, ethical standards, and governance principles. Manage and support Human Resources team members in the performance of their duties, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. Provide guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities to the Human Resources team to ensure continuous growth and achievement of functional objectives. Establish clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional development through coaching and formal evaluations. Delegate authority appropriately to empower team members and encourage accountability. Contribute to workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management while promoting employee engagement and motivation. Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative work culture aligned with the organization’s values. Promote innovation and contribute to a positive, inspiring, and diverse workplace. **Job Qualifications and Requirements:**
* **Knowledge and Experience:** A minimum of eight (8) years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a demonstrated focus on talent management and organizational development. A proven track record in developing and implementing employee engagement strategies, conducting data analysis, and promoting inclusive workplace programs is essential.
* **Education and Certifications:** A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred. Human Resources certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) are desirable.
