Job Description :
Responsible for the whole recruitment procedure Specially Sales field positions so preferably to have a strong background in Blue Collars hiring.Coordinating/create manpower planning process and maintain manpower records.Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate channelsSourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etcScreening candidates resumes.Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.Build a pool of candidate.Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudesEnsuring all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.On-boarding new employees in order to become fully integratedProvide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications.Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
Job Requirements :
1-3 years of experience.Interviewing Skills.Field recruitment Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with people at all levelsStrong decision-making skills.Recruiting & Interviewing SkillsProblem-solving aptitude.Excellent command of the English language.
