Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HSE Training Manager to join our team in Tabouk, Saudi Arabia. As an HSE Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. You will work closely with employees at all levels to identify training needs, design and deliver effective training modules, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive HSE training programs to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a culture of safety.
  2. Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop training materials and modules.
  3. Conduct training sessions for employees at all levels, including new hires, to ensure understanding of HSE policies, procedures, and practices.
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices to ensure training programs remain current and relevant.
  6. Coordinate with external training providers, if necessary, to deliver specialized training programs.
  7. Monitor and track training records to ensure compliance and identify trends or areas for improvement.
  8. Provide guidance and support to HSE team members in developing their training skills and knowledge.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and practices.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote HSE awareness and initiatives throughout the organization.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE training, preferably in a managerial role.
  2. Knowledge of Saudi Arabian HSE regulations and standards.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Certifications in HSE training or related fields are a plus.
  9. Fluency in Urdu and Hindi languages.
