Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE management systems, policies, procedures, and standards specifically tailored to the high-risk environment of CONSTRUCTION FIELD.
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant local, national, and international HSE legislation, regulations, and permits.
- Develop and deliver specialized and in-depth HSE training programs for all personnel, including contractors, focusing on high-hazard awareness, safe work practices, and emergency response in CONSTRUCTION FIELD setting.
- Manage and lead a team of HSE specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and ensuring effective implementation of HSE programs.
- Plan, conduct, and lead regular and rigorous HSE audits and inspections of all work areas and equipment to ensure adherence to safety standards and identify critical non-conformities.
- Lead and direct thorough investigations of all incidents, accidents, and near misses, employing advanced root cause analysis techniques to prevent recurrence in a high-risk environment.
- Develop and implement effective emergency preparedness and response plans for a wide range of potential incidents.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the CONSTRUCTION FIELD.
- A professional certificate in industrial safety practices is preferable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey safety and environmental policies, procedures, and training to personnel at all levels.
- Experience in managing significant HSE risks is essential.
- Expert knowledge of local, national, and international HSE legislation, regulations, and best practices relevant to CONSTRUCTION FIELD.
- Advanced understanding of risk management methodologies.
