Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with all applicable local and international regulations. Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits across all operational sites, encompassing remote rigs and transportation hubs. Lead incident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and recommend corrective and preventive measures to mitigate future risks. Provide HSE training and awareness programs to employees, contractors, and drivers to ensure regulatory compliance and cultivate a safety-focused organizational culture. Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, preparing thorough documentation for both internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and logistics departments to guarantee the secure handling and transportation of both hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Validate that all equipment, vehicles, and facilities adhere to established safety standards and are subject to regular inspection and maintenance protocols. Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities and ensure the timely submission of all required permits, reports, and documentation. Maintain current knowledge of evolving HSE regulations and best practices, integrating them into company policies and procedures. Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety, environmental stewardship, and operational efficiency.
