Job Description:The organization is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with both corporate and legal mandates; conducting routine safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to guarantee adherence to occupational health and safety standards; monitoring and evaluating workplace conditions, equipment, and processes to mitigate potential hazards; ensuring compliance with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and applicable local environmental regulations; conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA); leading employee training and awareness sessions pertaining to HSE protocols, emergency response procedures, and safe work practices; ensuring proper waste management and environmental protection protocols; collaborating with all departments to cultivate a robust safety culture throughout the facility; maintaining accurate HSE documentation, reports, and records for both internal and external audit purposes; and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety and sustainability.
