Job Description:**The individual collaborates extensively with project management teams and demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) principles. Possessing strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication proficiencies, the candidate exhibits a thorough knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices. Furthermore, the candidate possesses experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, coupled with the ability to develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs. The individual demonstrates proficiency in utilizing HSE software and tools, complemented by robust technical, organizational, and leadership capabilities to effectively manage and mitigate HSE risks within the workplace. Responsibilities include providing HSE leadership, training, and operational support to all organizational levels and functional groups. Ensuring the consistent implementation and standardization of HSE processes and procedures across assigned projects is paramount, along with tracking project health and safety metrics and leveraging KPI data to identify and mitigate risks. The individual actively assists in all aspects of incident investigation, encompassing root cause verification and approval of preventative action implementation. Maintenance of emergency response systems, policies, and procedures is crucial for effective emergency management. Continuous upkeep of current working knowledge pertaining to all applicable HSE regulations is essential, alongside maintaining all necessary training and licensing to function as a signing authority on all HSE matters. Additional duties and projects are undertaken as assigned. Core competencies encompass risk assessment, safety audits, environmental management systems, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance. Essential skills include strong analytical abilities, effective communication, project management expertise, and proficiency in HSE software and tools. Proficiency in relevant safety regulations and standards, as well as multilingual fluency, may be advantageous within multinational environments. The individual actively participates in monthly and weekly safety committee meetings with members of the Safety Committee related to Emergency Response Plan to foster robust communication and ensure departments are consistently informed about the latest HSE developments.**
