Job Description:**Option 1:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **HRIS and HR Operations Specialist** to join our team in Egypt. In this dual capacity, the incumbent will be responsible for the effective administration of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and the efficient execution of daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR processes, demonstrated technical proficiency, and a steadfast commitment to data accuracy and operational excellence.

**Responsibilities:**

* **HRIS Management:**

* Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the HRIS, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of all data.
* Manage user access protocols, configure system settings, and resolve HRIS-related technical issues.
* Develop and generate comprehensive HR reports and analytics derived from the HRIS to facilitate informed decision-making (e.g., Quality of Recruitment, % of Achievement headcount, turnover, compensation reports, productivity).
* Collaborate with the Information Technology department and other relevant stakeholders to implement system upgrades, new modules, and seamless integrations.
* Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to HR staff and employees regarding HRIS functionalities.
* Maintain current knowledge of HRIS best practices and emerging technologies.
* Demonstrate strong Power BI skills.
* **HR Operations:**

* Oversee and execute daily HR operational tasks, including employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, meticulous record keeping, and comprehensive personnel file management.
* Manage and administer employee benefits programs (e.g., vacation tracking) in full compliance with relevant labor laws (experience with Saudi Labor Law is preferred).
* Process payroll inputs and changes, collaborating closely with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
* Address employee inquiries pertaining to HR policies, procedures, and benefits with professionalism and accuracy.
* Ensure strict adherence to all applicable company laws and regulations.
* Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and local legal requirements.
* Support performance management processes, including diligent tracking and comprehensive documentation.
* Maintain current knowledge of HR best practices.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or  accountant or a related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience in an HRIS role combined with HR operations responsibilities, 
  • Strong proficiency in managing and administering HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle HR, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Zoho People, HR Odoo). Specific experience with MENA ITECH ERP is highly preferred.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
