Job Description:**Job Description: Human Resources Business Partner**

**Summary:**

The Human Resources Business Partner is a pivotal role responsible for both the execution of daily human resources operations and the contribution to strategic human capital initiatives. This position ensures adherence to Egyptian labor law and oversees essential HR functions, encompassing operations, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.

**Responsibilities:**

**1. Human Resources Operations:**

* Ensure meticulous compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and administer all social insurance procedures (Form 1, Form 6, Form 2), coordinating with the relevant Labor Office.
* Maintain comprehensive and accurate HR documentation, including employment contracts, attendance records, leave balances, and employee personnel files.
* Manage monthly payroll processes and salary adjustments, ensuring the accurate implementation of benefits, tax withholdings, and authorized deductions.

**2. Talent Acquisition:**

* Collaborate with hiring managers to define precise job specifications and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.
* Source, screen, and interview prospective candidates, and administer onboarding and orientation programs.
* Track and report on recruitment metrics and support workforce planning initiatives.

**3. Performance Management:**

* Coordinate the organization-wide performance appraisal process.
* Assist managers in establishing performance objectives, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and documenting performance outcomes.
* Support the implementation of performance improvement plans and subsequent follow-up activities.

**4. Organizational Development & Talent Management:**

* Support initiatives focused on enhancing employee engagement, internal communications, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
* Assist in succession planning processes and the development of career advancement strategies.
* Contribute to the design and implementation of talent development programs and employee recognition initiatives.

**5. Reporting & Compliance:**

* Prepare and disseminate regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover rate, absenteeism).
* Maintain a current, audit-ready Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensure the integrity of employee data.
* Support internal and external HR audits, as well as legal compliance inspections.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in an HRBP or business partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and social insurance procedures.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
