Job Description:**Job Description:**
The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, encompassing both operational activities and strategic human capital planning. This role ensures adherence to all applicable Egyptian labor laws and regulations, while overseeing key HR functions including operations, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
1. **Human Resources Operations:**
* Ensure full compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law and administer all social insurance procedures (Form 1, Form 6, Form 2), including liaison with the relevant Labor Office.
* Maintain meticulous HR records, including employment contracts, attendance records, leave balances, and comprehensive employee files.
* Manage the monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate salary updates, benefit administration, tax withholdings, and permissible deductions.
2. **Talent Acquisition:**
* Collaborate with hiring managers to determine job specifications and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
* Source, screen, and interview potential candidates, while overseeing onboarding and orientation programs.
* Monitor recruitment metrics and support workforce planning initiatives.
3. **Performance Management:**
* Coordinate the organization-wide performance appraisal process.
* Assist management in establishing objectives, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and documenting performance evaluations.
* Facilitate performance improvement plans and subsequent follow-up activities.
4. **Organizational Development & Talent Management:**
* Support programs designed to enhance employee engagement, facilitate internal communication, and cultivate a positive organizational culture.
* Assist in succession planning and the development of career advancement strategies.
* Contribute to the design and implementation of talent management programs and employee recognition initiatives.
5. **Reporting & Compliance:**
* Generate regular HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, absenteeism).
* Maintain a current and audit-ready HR Information System (HRIS) and comprehensive employee data.
* Support both internal and external HR audits and legal inspections.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in an HRBP or business partner role.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and social insurance procedures.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
