The incumbent is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, encompassing job description preparation, advertisement placement, conducting Human Resources interviews, candidate evaluation, background verification, and overseeing the hiring process. Furthermore, the role involves coordinating all onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees. Maintenance and regular updating of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) are essential to ensure accurate and effective employee data management. Employee files are to be maintained and updated in accordance with Egyptian labor law. The incumbent will develop, implement, and maintain Human Resources processes related to compensation, benefits, deductions, payroll, personnel matters, and administrative functions. Preparation of employee offers, agreements, contracts, and related documentation is also required. A comprehensive analysis of headcount, monthly payroll, social insurance, and other strategic analyses will be conducted. The role includes monitoring performance management plans and proposing new promotion strategies, ideas, and initiatives. Data analysis, communication of results, and subsequent action implementation are key responsibilities. The incumbent is expected to meet the objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the Human Resources department. Finally, the role encompasses the performance of other duties as assigned.
