**Position: Learning & Development Specialist**
**Summary:**
The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing the soft skills and professional development of employees. This role encompasses the creation of training materials and toolkits, the execution of training sessions, the evaluation of training effectiveness, and the development of pre- and post-training assessments. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in Learning & Development, exceptional communication skills, and a demonstrated commitment to fostering employee growth.
**Responsibilities:**
*   **Course Material Development:** Design and develop engaging training materials and toolkits tailored to the specific needs of various business units within Alghanim Industries.
*   **Training Delivery:** Deliver high-impact soft skills training programs, workshops, and sessions to employees across diverse functions and industries. Facilitate interactive and dynamic training experiences, leveraging contemporary training methodologies and tools. Adapt delivery styles to effectively engage diverse learning audiences across Alghanim Industries’ businesses.
*   **Evaluation & Measurement:** Develop and administer pre- and post-training assessments to measure learning outcomes and training effectiveness. Conduct pre- and post-training evaluations to assess participant engagement, learning outcomes, and overall program effectiveness. Analyze training feedback, generate reports, and support the Senior L&D Manager in evaluating program effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics, implementing necessary adjustments for future improvements.
*   **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Support the Senior L&D Manager in coordinating with department heads and Human Resources to identify training needs and align training programs with organizational objectives.
*   **Continuous Improvement:** Maintain current knowledge of emerging L&D trends, tools, and methodologies to integrate innovative approaches and best practices into Alghanim Industries’ training programs.
**Qualifications:**
*   **Skills:**
    *   Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
    *   Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation frameworks.
    *   Strong analytical skills for evaluating training effectiveness.
    *   Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    *   Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD, Train-the-Trainer) is preferred.
    *   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
*   **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is desirable.
*   **Experience:** A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Learning & Development, with a specific focus on soft skills training. Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs is essential.
