The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for the provision of comprehensive support in the execution of essential human resources functions, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, regulatory compliance, and the implementation of HR policies. This position is critical to ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of HR processes, while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives and relevant labor legislation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Recruitment and Onboarding:** Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and the facilitation of hiring procedures. Collaborate with hiring managers to ascertain talent requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure successful integration of new employees into the organization.
* **Employee Relations:** Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits programs, and established procedures. Support conflict resolution initiatives and administer disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy. Cultivate a positive workplace environment through employee engagement programs.
* **Performance Management:** Assist in the implementation of performance evaluation systems and feedback mechanisms. Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding goal setting, performance appraisals, and professional development planning.
* **Compensation and Benefits:** Administer employee benefits programs, addressing related inquiries and resolving issues as needed. Support payroll processing activities in coordination with the finance department or external service providers.
* **Compliance and Record-Keeping:** Maintain accurate and current employee records, contracts, and related documentation. Ensure that all HR practices are compliant with applicable labor laws, company regulations, and audit requirements.
* **Training and Development:** Identify employee training needs and assist in the organization of relevant learning and development programs. Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and track employee skill enhancement progress.
* **HR Reporting and Systems:** Utilize Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data and generate regular reports for organizational leadership. Maintain data integrity and ensure the confidentiality of information within all HR-related systems.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* Demonstrable experience (2–5+ years) in a human resources role, ideally in a specialist or generalist capacity.
* Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and best practices in human resources management.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in the use of HR software applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
