We’re looking for a dynamic HR Generalist with 1-3 years of experience in industry textile, to support our growing team and help build a positive, energetic work culture.
Responsibilities:
recruitment, onboarding, and employee agreement.
Administer benefits, payroll, and HRIS
Support performance management and training
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Handle employee queries and maintain HR records
What We’re Looking For:
Very Good English reading specking and understanding.
1-3 years of HR Generalist experience prioritize textile industry.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and HRIS
Excellent communication and organizational skills
