Job Description:
1. Cultural and Structural Development:
- Design and implement strategies to build a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and maintain company policies and organizational structures.
2. Recruitment and Job Descriptions:
- Create and update job descriptions for all roles within the firm.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
3. KPI Monitoring and Reporting:
- Define and monitor performance indicators across departments.
- Prepare detailed reports on employee performance and HR metrics.
4. Internal Operations Monitoring:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Oversee daily HR-related operations to maintain efficiency.
5. Employee Retention:
- Develop programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Implement initiatives to reduce turnover and improve workplace morale.
Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relocation: Must be able to relocate to Dubai at own expense and manage initial visa and travel costs.
