Job Description:
We are hiring for a major bank in Egypt:
Duties include but not limited to:
- Manage and oversee all HR operations, personnel administration, and compliance with labor law.
- Own and drive the end-to-end performance management cycle, from goal-setting to annual appraisals.
- Identify capability gaps and translate assessment results into actionable development plans.
- Act as a change catalyst, leading HR transformation initiatives and driving organizational change adoption.
- Partner with senior leadership as a strategic HR focal point for workforce planning and talent decisions.
- Handle employee relations matters and implement engagement programs that build a high-performance culture.
- Track and report HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven decision-making at the leadership level.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and SOPs to ensure best practice and operational consistency.
