Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager for the company.

Conduct the following:

Recruitment. (Preliminary interviews by selection, calls, face to face, head hunting etc.)
Create and update employee folders.
Follow-up the system on time attendance (monthly report via system printout).
Fill out Pension and employment insurance documentation for all company staff.
HR duties and support of company administration department..for ex. Job titles and descriptions of all employees /departments.
Create a performance based grading and review system.
Follow-up employee issues (if any). Hiring, problems, firing, arguments etc.
