Job Description:**الخيار:**

The Human Resources Manager holds comprehensive responsibility for leading and managing all Human Resources functions across the organization, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, values, and operational objectives. This position oversees recruitment, talent development, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, training initiatives, and regulatory compliance. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for fostering a productive, compliant, and supportive work environment while effectively managing daily Human Resources operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Recruitment and Staffing:** Direct and manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process; develop, update, and maintain job descriptions and postings; collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and role requirements; conduct interviews, negotiate employment offers, and oversee employee onboarding procedures.

2. **Employee Relations:** Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and inquiries; cultivate a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives; advise management on employee-related matters, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts.

3. **Performance Management:** Support the design and implementation of performance management strategies; monitor employee performance and provide guidance and coaching to managers; implement training programs designed to enhance employee skills and productivity.

4. **Compensation and Benefits:** Monitor market trends to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures; ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations pertaining to wages, benefits, and entitlements; support the administration and communication of employee benefits programs.

5. **Training and Development:** Identify organizational training needs and support relevant development initiatives; plan and manage training sessions, workshops, and certification programs; promote continuous learning and development opportunities across all employee levels.

6. **Compliance and Legal:** Ensure full compliance with labor laws and Human Resources regulations; maintain accurate and current employee records in accordance with legal requirements; prepare Human Resources reports and support internal and external audits or inspections.
