Job Description:
- Supervising and documenting all day to day HR operations.
- Maintaining the work structure by updating job descriptions and job requirements for all positions.
- Maintaining organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program and counseling managers on candidate selection.
- Preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Maintaining a pay plan by conducting periodic salary surveys.
- Planning and monitoring performance appraisal.
- Negotiating contracts with service providers such as (medical insurance, hotels, gym and all employee benefits).
- Creating an effective filing system for all employee documents.
