Job Description:Formulate and execute human resources strategies and initiatives that are strategically aligned with overarching business objectives. Oversee talent acquisition processes, encompassing recruitment, selection, and onboarding, with the aim of attracting and retaining highly qualified personnel. Administer employee relations, addressing concerns and cultivating a conducive workplace environment. Guarantee adherence to all relevant labor laws and corporate policies across all human resources functions. Direct performance management protocols, including performance evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and professional development plans. Develop and implement training curricula to facilitate employee advancement and organizational growth. Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration in collaboration with the finance department and external vendors. Analyze key human resources metrics and present actionable insights to executive leadership. Spearhead diversity, equity, and inclusion programs throughout the organization. Support organizational change management and internal communication initiatives. **Observe Fridays as the standard day off.**
