Job Description:The Human Resources and Administration Officer is responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of human resources functions and administrative operations. Responsibilities encompass the management of employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and the maintenance of efficient administrative systems to support organizational objectives. Key duties include, but are not limited to:

**Human Resources:**

* **Recruitment and Onboarding:** Overseeing the recruitment process, including vacancy advertising, candidate screening, interview coordination, and new employee onboarding.
* **Employee Relations:** Addressing employee concerns, mediating workplace conflicts, and ensuring adherence to labor regulations and company policies.
* **Performance Management:** Monitoring employee performance, contributing to the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
* **Training and Development:** Organizing training programs and professional development initiatives, maintaining training records, and assessing training needs.
* **Compensation and Benefits:** Managing payroll inputs, ensuring timely salary processing, overseeing employee benefits programs, and addressing related inquiries.
* **HR Documentation:** Maintaining accurate employee files and HR records, ensuring proper documentation of leaves, contracts, and compliance reports.

**Administration:**

* **Office Management:** Supervising daily office operations, facility management, procurement of office supplies, and inventory control.
* **Compliance and Documentation:** Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, preparing reports, and maintaining administrative records.
* **Support Functions:** Providing administrative support to senior management, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing meeting schedules.
* **Vendor and Stakeholder Management:** Liaising with external vendors and service providers, managing contracts, and negotiating terms with suppliers.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

* A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
* A minimum of two to five years of experience in HR and administration roles is essential.
* Demonstrated knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is critical.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are necessary.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software is required.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are vital.
* Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential.

The incumbent must be able to operate effectively under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
