Job Description:The responsibilities encompass: Ensuring adherence to corporate policies and standards; collaborating to harmonize local policies with global benchmarks, accommodating local regulations and business exigencies; implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational objectives and compliance requirements; executing HR strategies that bolster organizational goals and business performance; collaborating with leadership to identify workforce trends and address talent requirements; spearheading initiatives to cultivate organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention; developing and monitoring HR metrics to evaluate initiative effectiveness; fostering a positive organizational climate through the development and promotion of core values; leading internal communication strategies to ensure organizational transparency and alignment; implementing workforce planning to align staffing with business demands; overseeing recruitment to attract and secure top talent; managing the performance appraisal system to promote high performance and employee development; developing and overseeing training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities; providing guidance on career development and succession planning; promoting leadership development initiatives; coordinating compensation and benefits administration; leading, coaching, and mentoring the HR team to ensure optimal performance and professional growth; developing individual and team objectives aligned with HR and organizational goals; fostering a collaborative learning environment; and ensuring the consistent updating and maintenance of HRIS and other relevant systems.

Skills:

  • • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Background or prior experience in industrial or manufacturing is a plus.
