Job Description:**The Human Resources Department shall be responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies specific to the poultry sector, the oversight of employee relations to ensure effective conflict resolution and a collaborative work environment, ensuring full compliance with relevant labor laws and safety regulations, the design and management of performance evaluation systems to optimize productivity, leading training and development programs focused on poultry-specific skill sets, the efficient administration of compensation, benefits, and payroll, the maintenance of HR metrics to monitor workforce performance and recommend improvements, promoting a safety-first culture and overseeing HR-related aspects of health and safety programs, and fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture.**
