We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function within the FMCG, Foods, and Beverage sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management, including strategic planning, talent management, employee relations, and compliance. This role involves overseeing HR operations, driving employee engagement, and ensuring that HR practices align with organizational goals and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s business objectives. Partner with senior management to support organizational growth and drive HR excellence.Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and hire top talent for various positions within the FMCG sector. Implement effective recruitment strategies and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through proactive engagement and communication.Design and implement performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance. Provide guidance on performance appraisals, goal setting, and professional development.

Skills
