Job Description:**Job Description: Human Resources Generalist**
**Purpose:** The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the comprehensive management of daily human resources operations, ensuring strict adherence to UAE labor regulations and organizational policies. This position encompasses the entire range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, training initiatives, and HR administration. Furthermore, the incumbent will provide support to management in cultivating a positive and high-performing organizational culture.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Recruitment and Onboarding:** Manage the full recruitment cycle across various departments, encompassing job advertisement, interview processes, and offer extensions. Facilitate comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
2. **Employee Relations and Engagement:** Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Support initiatives designed to foster employee engagement and retention. Assist in conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and grievance management.
3. **HR Operations and Administration:** Maintain and update employee records in accordance with UAE labor law. Generate HR reports, memoranda, and employee documentation (e.g., No Objection Certificates, salary certificates). Coordinate medical insurance, visa processing, and end-of-service settlements in collaboration with the Public Relations Officer (PRO).
4. **Payroll and Compensation Support:** Validate attendance, leave requests, and overtime reports to ensure payroll accuracy. Liaise with the finance department to guarantee timely and precise salary disbursement.
5. **Performance and Development:** Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems. Identify training requirements and coordinate employee learning and development activities.
6. **HR Policy and Compliance:** Ensure strict adherence to UAE Labor Law and organizational HR policies. Recommend policy updates and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* Professional certification (CIPD, SHRM, or HRBP) is preferred.
**Experience:**
* A minimum of four to six years of demonstrable experience in HR, ideally within the UAE or GCC region.
