**Position:** Human Resources Generalist

**Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team within the Real Estate sector, located in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources principles and practices, with demonstrable expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. As an integral member of the HR department, the Human Resources Generalist will contribute significantly to the achievement of organizational objectives through effective HR support and strategic initiatives.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Recruitment and Onboarding:**

* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, encompassing job posting development, candidate screening, interview facilitation, and candidate selection.
* Coordinate the onboarding process for newly hired employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.
* Contribute to the development and execution of recruitment strategies designed to attract exceptional talent within the Real Estate industry.

2. **Employee Relations:**

* Provide expert guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and compliance with UAE labor laws.
* Address employee concerns and grievances with professionalism and impartiality, striving to achieve equitable resolutions that foster a positive and productive work environment.
* Administer and facilitate employee engagement programs and initiatives.

3. **Performance Management:**

* Support managers and employees throughout the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and constructive evaluations and feedback.
* Assist in the implementation of performance improvement plans as necessary and provide coaching to managers on performance-related issues.

4. **HR Administration:**

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.
* Assist in the preparation of HR reports for management review, including data on turnover rates, training needs, and other relevant metrics.
* Manage the end-to-end HR processes associated with the employee lifecycle, including contract management, promotions, and terminations.

5. **Compensation and Benefits:**

* Assist in the management of payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely processing and adherence to UAE regulatory requirements.
* Support salary benchmarking and compensation analysis initiatives to ensure competitive and equitable remuneration packages.

6. **Training and Development:**

* Identify employee training needs and coordinate with internal or external trainers to deliver targeted and impactful training programs.
* Support the organization and implementation of employee development initiatives aimed at enhancing overall organizational skills and competency.

7. **Compliance and Legal:**

* Ensure strict compliance with all applicable local labor laws and regulations, including visa processing, contract administration, and termination procedures.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of UAE employment law and ensure that all HR processes and policies are aligned with current legal requirements.
