Job Description:
- Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
- Handle boarding and off boarding procedures for all staff.
- Follow up on the social insurance procedures in coordination with the legal department.
- Keep track of staff attendance & vacation balance.
- Handle staff medical insurance process.
- Handle administrative tasks on the HR System.
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Proven experience in the same field is a must.
- Previous experience in schools is a plus.
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Fluency in the English Language is a must.
- Excellent communication skills.
- HR Certificate or Diploma is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of employment and labor law.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
