Job Description:

  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
  • Handle boarding and off boarding procedures for all staff.
  • Follow up on the social insurance procedures in coordination with the legal department.
  • Keep track of staff attendance & vacation balance.
  • Handle staff medical insurance process.
  • Handle administrative tasks on the HR System.
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
  • Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in the same field is a must.
  • Previous experience in schools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
  • Fluency in the English Language is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • HR Certificate or Diploma is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment and labor law.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
