Job Description:**Responsibilities Encompass the Following Areas:**
* **Employee Lifecycle Management:** Maintain comprehensive employee records, ensuring accurate data entry, contract execution, and secure archival of documentation. This includes the prompt scanning and uploading of all employee documents to the designated digital system. Records will be kept current with respect to personal information, leave accruals, and training history.
* **Onboarding and Orientation:** Coordinate and execute engaging new employee orientation programs to facilitate a positive onboarding experience. Prepare comprehensive onboarding materials and required documentation for all new personnel.
* **Recruitment Support:** Provide assistance throughout the recruitment process, including the posting of job advertisements, screening of applications, and coordination of interview schedules. Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
* **Payroll and Attendance Assistance:** Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee attendance records and timesheets. Review and reconcile employee biometric data to ensure payroll accuracy.
* **Human Resources Administration and Support:** Offer comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department. Address employee inquiries and direct them appropriately. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations as required. Support the planning and execution of HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure adherence to institutional policies and relevant labor laws.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A diploma or certification in Human Resources is strongly preferred.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- El Shorouk City residents are preferred.
