**Role Summary:**

The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to management on all human capital matters. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the business to effectively implement HR strategies and practices that support business growth, cultivate a performance-focused culture, promote meritocracy and diversity, and ensure compliance with Group HR policies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with the Senior HR Business Partner to translate business strategy into actionable annual plans, fostering improvements that enhance the company’s competitive advantage.
* Cultivate a continuous improvement environment within the HR function.
* Ensure comprehensive onboarding and support for new employees to facilitate rapid integration and productivity.
* Facilitate talent reviews and implement succession plans and retention strategies for key personnel.
* Develop and execute learning and development plans to equip employees with necessary skills.
* Coach managers and formulate and implement performance management plans to improve performance or manage employee separation.
* Play a critical role in disseminating organizational communications and monitoring feedback within functional areas.
* Support the implementation of HR strategy by identifying training and development needs and liaising with the Learning & Development Manager.
* Address employee relations issues within business units, supporting line managers in fostering a culture of employee engagement aligned with Group values.
* Advise line managers on HR matters, ensuring compliance with local laws and Group policies throughout the employee lifecycle.
* Communicate and implement changes to HR policies and procedures, ensuring proper application of disciplinary procedures.
* Act as a trusted business partner and coach to managers, providing consultation and support across the group.
* Measure employee engagement and implement necessary actions based on results.
* Act as a change agent and facilitate transitions.
* Participate in manpower planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
* Assess business needs prior to recruitment, gathering information on job requirements, content, purpose, and expected outcomes.
* Support line managers in job profile design, technical assessments, and interview questionnaire development.
* Conduct competency-based panel interviews with line managers.
* Ensure adherence to HR policy, review and strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance with Delegation of Authority (DOA), and provide leadership on process and governance.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements.
* Maintain focus on localization and diversification goals.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a large multinational organization.
* CIPD qualification is desirable.
