**Role Summary:**
The HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to management on all human capital matters. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of the business to facilitate the implementation of HR strategies and practices that support business growth, promote a performance-driven culture, meritocracy, and diversity, and ensure compliance with Group HR policy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with the Senior HR Business Partner to translate business strategy into actionable annual plans that enhance the company’s competitive position.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the HR function.
* Ensure effective onboarding and support for new employees to facilitate rapid integration and productivity.
* Facilitate talent reviews, implement succession plans, and develop retention strategies for key personnel.
* Develop and execute learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
* Coach managers in performance management practices and implement plans to improve performance or manage employee departures.
* Communicate organizational messages and monitor feedback within assigned functional areas.
* Support the implementation of HR strategy by identifying training and development needs and collaborating with the Learning & Development Manager to deliver appropriate programs.
* Ensure the identification and delivery of development and training needs for high-potential staff.
* Manage employee relations issues within business units, providing guidance to line managers in fostering a culture of employee engagement aligned with Group values.
* Promote a performance-focused culture that values diversity and inclusion.
* Advise line managers on HR-related matters to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with local laws and Group policies throughout the employee lifecycle.
* Communicate and implement changes to HR policies and procedures.
* Ensure proper application of disciplinary procedures prior to employee termination.
* Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to managers, providing consultative support and securing buy-in for HR initiatives.
* Monitor employee engagement, analyze results, and implement necessary actions to enhance engagement levels.
* Act as a change agent and facilitate organizational transitions.
* Participate in assessing manpower requirements, preparing and reviewing manpower budgets, and ensuring accurate and efficient annual manpower budgeting exercises.
* Assess and analyze business needs prior to recruitment, gathering information on job specifications, purpose, departmental efficiencies, required output, and alignment with organizational objectives.
* Support line managers in job profile design, technical assessments, and interview questionnaire development.
* Conduct competency-based panel interviews with line managers.
* Ensure adherence to HR policies, strengthen internal controls and procedures, ensure compliance with delegated authorities, and provide leadership on process and governance.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and other requirements.
* Support localization initiatives and reinforce diversification goals.

**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a large multinational organization.
* CIPD qualification is desirable.
